1. Who we are
TUTA ("we", "us") is a trading name of Sabina Malikova, Ankara, Türkiye. Full business details are on the Imprint page. Contact: info@dripfy.app.
2. Orders
An order becomes a contract when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order in case of mis-pricing or inventory issues, in which case we'll refund any payment in full.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in EUR (or AZN for Azerbaijani customers) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping within the EU on orders over €250.
4. Delivery
Most pieces ship from Türkiye within 3–7 business days. Larger furniture may take longer; we'll always give a window at checkout or via email.
5. Right of withdrawal
EU customers may withdraw from their order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition. We'll refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.
6. Warranty
All pieces carry the statutory warranty required by your country of residence. Obvious defects should be reported within 14 days.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumers retain the protections of their country of residence.
