Returns.
Take the piece home, live with it for a fortnight. If it doesn't feel right, send it back. We'll make the process quiet and fair.
Return window
14 days from delivery
In line with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Turkish KVKK. You don't need to explain why — just let us know within the window.
How to return.

Write to us
Email info@dripfy.app with your order number and we'll send a return authorisation within one business day. Please keep the original packaging until we reply.

Pack with care
Use the original packaging if possible. Include the return slip we sent you. For fragile pieces we can arrange a courier pickup at your cost.

Ship it back
Return shipping is the customer's cost unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect. Any tracked courier is fine — please share the tracking number by email.

Refund
We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. The original shipping cost is refunded only if the whole order is returned.
What we can't accept back.
A short list — otherwise anything can come home.
- —Custom and made-to-measure commissions.
- —Pieces that have been used, washed, or altered.
- —Items missing original packaging where that's part of the return condition (sent with notice in advance).
Damaged or incorrect pieces.
Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery — ideally with photos. We'll replace or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
When the refund appears.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of the return arriving at our atelier. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take another 3–5 business days to reach you.
