Orders

How do I place an order?

Add pieces to the cart, review, and check out — PayPal is our main payment option at launch. Other methods will follow. We'll email a confirmation within minutes and a second note once your parcel ships.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Yes, until we dispatch it — usually within the first business day. Email info@dripfy.app or write on WhatsApp and we'll amend or cancel at no cost.

Can you include a gift note?

Of course. Write your message in the 'Order notes' field at checkout and we'll include a handwritten card in the parcel, with no mention of price.

Where's my invoice / receipt?

A VAT invoice is attached to your order confirmation email. If you need a different billing address or an additional copy, email info@dripfy.app.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

All EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and Azerbaijan. Other destinations on request.

How long does delivery take?

EU core in 3–5 business days, wider Europe in 5–8, Azerbaijan in 4–7. Large furniture pieces can take longer — we always share a window at checkout.

How do I track my order?

The moment your parcel is picked up we email you a tracking link. You can also ask our WhatsApp concierge for an update at any time.

Will I pay customs?

EU deliveries are DDP — all duties and VAT are included. For the UK, Switzerland, Norway, and Azerbaijan, local duties are collected by the courier on delivery.

Payments & pricing

Which payment methods do you accept?

PayPal at launch, with credit cards and local methods (iyzico, Stripe) coming next. Wire transfer is available for trade orders on request.

What currency are prices in?

Euros by default. Azerbaijani customers see prices in AZN automatically. Currency conversion is handled by your card issuer or PayPal.

Is VAT included?

For deliveries within the EU, yes — prices and shipping shown at checkout are final. Outside the EU, VAT is charged locally on arrival.

Can I pay in instalments?

PayPal Pay Later is available in most EU markets for orders between €30 and €2,000. We'll add Klarna and similar in an upcoming release.

Products & customisation

Can you make a custom version?

Often yes — through the trade programme at Sabina Malikova Design Office. Write to info@dripfy.app with what you have in mind.

Are the colours in photos accurate?

We work hard at it, but screens vary. For high-stakes pieces (rugs, large wall art) we can send a small swatch or detail shot on request.

Do you send material samples?

For trade clients, yes. For individual orders, we send swatches against a small deposit that is refunded when you purchase.

Do you issue certificates of authenticity?

For limited-edition pieces and commissioned artworks, yes. The certificate is signed and ships inside the parcel.

Returns

What's your return window?

14 days from delivery, per EU consumer law. Full details on the Returns page.

Who pays return shipping?

The customer, unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case we cover it in full.

When do refunds arrive?

Within 14 days of the return reaching our atelier. Banks and card providers may take another 3–5 business days to post the funds.

Account & privacy

Do I need an account to order?

No — guest checkout works perfectly. An account is useful if you want order history or to save addresses for faster checkout.

I forgot my password.

Use the 'Forgot password' link on the sign-in page. We send a reset link to the email on file.

Can you delete my data?

Yes, under GDPR and KVKK. Write to info@dripfy.app and we'll respond within 30 days. Order records are kept the minimum period required for tax law.
